General Terms & Conditions

All prices are in CDN dollars.

All quotes are valid for only 10 business days.

If there any changes to an order, PromoPrint reserves the right to tender a new revised quote.

Turn-around time is based upon business days (Meaning Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays, meaning Calendar Holidays)

Turn-around time is approx. 3-5 business days after payment is received. This is only an approximated time, it is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any losses that you have incurred for potential sales and marketing.

All prices listed on this website may vary at any time.

All uploaded artwork must agree to the terms and conditions of PromoPrint, and as well, follows the guidelines of PromoPrint's art specifications. By uploading your artwork to PromoPrint, you are agreeing and accepting PromoPrint's terms and conditions, and art specifications.


Delivery

If shipping is needed, all products will be shipped via courier such as UPS, FEDEX, or Canada Post/USPS. There is a choice of ground or air transportation. The shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. PromoPrint usually does not provide shipping estimates, unless requested. Depending on the "Over runs and Under runs" delivery charges may slightly change from the estimate.

Products to the USA, PromoPrint is not responsible for applicable duty, broker and any state taxes (if any).

PromoPrint is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays during shipping. If you receive your product damaged, it is your responsibility to contact PromoPrint immediately within 5 business days.


Payment

/All payments under $1000 must be paid 100% in advance. Any payments above $1000 must be paid 50% in advance, and balance paid on receipt.

PromoPrint accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Money Order, Bank Draft, Cheques, and Cash.

Payment can be processed through phone, online, TD Bank or in person. Debit/Interact cards are accepted as well.

Net 30 OAC is available. There will be a 2% charge per month if any account has not paid in full under NET 30 terms.

Due to the nature of PromoPrint's business, all printing jobs cannot be returned or refunded, as they have been custom printed on. Thus, all processed payments are non-refundable. Though, credit or re-run print may be offered as an alternative, only if the issue is justified.

You must provide PST or Native exemption numbers in order to be exempted.


Canadian Dollar Pricing

PromoPrint is a Canadian company and all our invoices are billed as Canadian dollars. If paying in other currencies, your credit card merchant services will adjust it to the current rate of exchange automatically.


Trademark Usage

All artwork submitted by the customer must follow full compliances with all applicable laws of trademark, copyright, service mark, privacy rights, limitations of contractual patent, or other similar acts or policies of protection.


Charges

All prices in PromoPrint's website do not include shipping cost, and/or any other charges. All charges such as rush services, design services are extra.


Art Charges

If artwork is uploaded to PromoPrint and it is not print ready, due to incorrect bleeds, no convert to outlines, etc. Clients will be notified right away if their artwork is not print ready. Client's are not obligated to pay the hourly rate of $40/hr, unless they ask for our adjustment artwork service. Minimum charge is $10 (15 mins). Usual adjustments take no longer than 15-30 mins.


Colour Matching

Colour is printed to Promopays' standards. We will try our very best to get as close to the colours of your artwork. Exact colour match is not guaranteed and nearly impossible on large printing runs. Critical colours requires a colour key or match print. Colour laser copies or other proofs are not considered accurate prepress proofs.


Artwork Must be 300dpi+

We strongly recommend that your artwork is saved as Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) or if saving as an Adobe Photoshop (PSD or JPEG), make sure the resolution is at least 300dpi or better. Anything less will result in poor image quality (ie. you will see pixelation on the edges of your images). At PROMOPAYS/CARTRIDGE ZONE, we are all about high quality. PromoPrint is not responsible for poor image quality. Please follow the rules found at our "Art Specs" page.


Over Runs and Under Runs

In some instances, due to manufacturing and production issues, you may receive an over or under run of your ordered quantity. While we attempt to reduce these occurrences wherever possible, a ± 2% tolerance is the accepted industry standard.


Fixed Price or LOI (Letter of Intent)

If PromoPrint is presented with a LOI, it may be possible to arrange better competitive pricing. Providing that the total quantity of products and/or services to be purchased within 6 months. This must be a signed agreement showing letter of intent. Please ask one of our representatives to provide you with further details.


Warranty/Warranties

It is solely the customer's responsibility to make sure that their order is correct upon receipt. Please report only issues that are of importance within 5 business days or all else will be considered void, non-claimable, non-refundable. If contacted within 5 business days of receipt, PromoPrint will try our best to resolve the issue.
